At Klorophyll Urban Botanics, we take pride in delivering healthy, nursery-fresh plants and high-quality eco-friendly products to your doorstep. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

a. Live Plants

Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • The plant is delivered damaged, dried, or dead on arrival.
  • An incorrect plant, pot size, or product was delivered.

Kindly note: Slight variations in color, foliage density, and size are natural and expected in live plants and do not qualify as defects.

b. Pots, Planters & Accessories

Returns are accepted for non-living products if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and a return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp or email within the time frame mentioned below:

  • For live plants: Within 2 hours of delivery
  • For other products: Within 48 hours of delivery

Please include the following details:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photographs or videos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the concern

3. Return & Resolution Process

Once we receive your request:

  • Our team will verify the issue based on the shared images and details.
  • If approved, we will offer:
    • A free replacement, or
    • A store credit of equivalent value (valid for 60 days), or
    • A full refund (in select cases; see Section 4)

Replacement dispatches are usually arranged within 1–2 business days for customers in Greater Noida and surrounding areas.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock, and a suitable replacement is not available.
  • The order was prepaid, and cancellation was made before dispatch.
  • A verified error occurred during order processing or delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Plants that have been repotted, pruned, or tampered with after delivery
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or negligence post-delivery
  • Gift orders with personalization (e.g., cards, wrapping), unless damaged in transit
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Minor cosmetic variations in plants that naturally occur
